Nova Scotia. Ca: 1800. Maple, Ash, with splint seat. A nice early child's ladderback chair found in the Annapolis Valley. Retains dark red paint finish, with shaped upper slat and elongated finials. Original. Height loss. Rockers were added at one point and are now absent. Early rope reinforcement to the seat. 25(H) x 14.5(W) x 12.5(D)". Ex: Jerry Vidito collection. $150/200.
