Oxford County, Ontario. Early 19th C. Hardwood, appears to be chestnut. Very diminutive "cutlery" tray with primitive heart cutout to the handle. Constructed of riven stock (i.e., not sawn). Retains original well patinated surface. Old losses at top of sides 7(L) x 4.5(H) x 5(W)". $200/300.
