Canadian. 1940s. Double sided porcelain (DSP). Featuring the iconic "Boy and Slate" graphics. Marked "Vilas Enamel Products Limited, Cowansville, Que." lower center edge. The first side exhibits two minor patches of porcelain loss, the larger just within the left margin. The second side exhibits three minor chips above the center and a minor patch of loss within the right side margin. Minor losses and oxidation surrounding the extreme edges. Condition: 8.75, 8.5.
