Description
Canadian. 1910s. Lithographed paper in oak frame. Frame marked, "Grand Trunk Railway System". Features two individual hinged poster frames, each retained by a series of brass turns allowing the notices to be changed easily. Poster marked, "Montreal, October 12th, 1906 - Reissued 24th May, 1912" lower left corner. Posters exhibit uniform toning, water stains and soiling. Poster in the right panel exhibits material lossses and heavier staining. The right panel oak frame is slightly warped. Both panes of glass are missing.
