Description
Set of three Star fruit jars including a pint, quart, and half gallon size. The 1/2 gallon is clear fitted with an aqua lid with a 5-point star. It has a Crown ring. The quart is clean and has the letter 'R' with a flaring tail. It is fitted with an aqua lid and 'Star in star' motif and a Crown ring. The jar is light aqua and clean. The pint is clear and clean with a light aqua plain lid and zinc ring. The 1/2 gallon has minor cloud in spots. Its' ground lip is intact with its' outer edge rough with fine chipping. The quart jar lip has some ragged chips above mold lines on each side of the neck. The jar lip has a few flea bites and minor roughness. Attributed to Syndenham Glass. Marked: Star motif and word. Glass and metal. Canadian. Circa 1900. 5.5" to 9" in Height. CODE-JAR
