A folk decorated pine bench in original grey paint having a scalloped apron with pierced half stars and a one-board top with shaped ends. The legs also have scalloped edges and fret-cut pierced star motifs. Found in Niagara Peninsula. Minor repairs to two toes and the edge of the apron. Ontario, mid 19th century. 17" x 67.5" x 12".
