Pair of English brass candlesticks, of early Regency style. Circa 1800. The round stepped bases flaring to plain columns with fine ring detail below the socket flanges. Each of two-part construction with the undersides showing marks from careful lathe trimming. Ex-collection: Ruth and Blake McKendry, Tunis Snook Farm, Elginburg, Ont. Each 5 1/2" (h), 4" base.
