Four small chips and a scrape exist on the front and sides of the phone. Paint loss evident in the dial, and on the Bally Fun Phone sign. Several small scratches primarily on the front and right sides. A couple of small traces of a turquoise overpaint are evident on the phone. A tiny bit of paint loss and crazing on the backboard. A crease and a small stain in the card above the phone which lists the story selections. Cast iron base shows some light surface rust consistent with age. Original reciever, and attached to optional base. Mechanically operational. CODE:COOP
