Canadian. 1940s. Hand painted pressed steel. This truck was originally commissioned for Blue Top Brewery, branded for their new product, "Premium Ale". Included is a snapshot of the truck as part of a Blue Top product display. In 1952, Blue Top changed its name and brands to Ranger Brewing Co. Ltd.. It was at this time the truck was re-branded as a Ranger truck. The re-paint was executed by Jukes Signs of Kitchener. This truck was on display in the onsite Brewery walk-in store. Includes photograph of the original truck and an assortment of Ranger Beer ephemera including bottle labels and a bumper sticker. 8 x 6 x 24". Exhibits minor surface losses, most noticably at the lower edges of the cab and trailer. CODE:BRE
