Porcelain loss (2 x 1/4") towards edge (left second quarter) and lower right corner (2 1/2 x 3/4"). Porcelain loss ranging from 1/4 x 1/4" to 2 x 1" around all mounting holes. Porcelain loss (1 1/2 x 1/2") evident center top edge. Edge of sign dented in seven areas. Several small flakes missing on face of sign. Scratches on the face exist primarily in the lower half.
