One of three Kickley bottles being offered in this auction. This two-tone pint collar top bottle is very rare and considered to be the most attractive of all the Guelph transfer printed ginger beer bottles. The 1915 Vernon's Directory lists the business as being located at 20 Powell St. East. The bottle is marked, "Guelph Bottling Works Ginger Beer Geo. Kickley". The matching porcelain stopper is marked, "George Kickley". The bottle exhibits a stable and isolated hairline crack (2 1/2" long) just above and to the right of the transfer.
