A hand forged hanging lighting device having a twisted shaft and two crossbars with two candle sockets on the lower bar. Highly unusual form with the upper crossbar having vertical spear tips instead of candle sockets and both bars having decorative flattened teardrops (one teardrop is missing). Early 19th century.
