A finely mahogany carved foldover top with felt lining, swivels to reveal inner compartment, reeded top edges, cross-banded top, apron with beaded recessed panel with figured mahogany, carved with shells, 'pineapple' or diamond point rectangles and very fine feather plumes at each end, pedestal with carved leaves, knees with acanthus leaves, legs with single branches of foliage, feet with typical cast brass paw toe covers and casters, a very good early finish overall.
