Probably American. 1920s. Beginning in the 1880s trade stimulators were used in American establishments to sell more product through games of chance. This one was likely used in a general store. Possibly Mills Novelty Company, Chicago.. Case stamped, "T MIL 0073 0075" underneath. Inside it reads, "For cigars only. 5c to play. Place coin where you choose". 13" x 13" x 4.75".
